A: The address information and personal particulars you provide when creating an account and finalizing an order are encrypted and then forwarded via a secure SSL connection. This means your credit card information is encrypted as soon as you enter it.

A: If you change your mind about subscription and want your money back you can send us a request in 5 days after purchase and you will get a full refund. If you cancel your order after 5 or more days we will contact the publisher and request your money back but there is no guarantee that you will receive a full amount you paid. The amount you will get back after 5 days depends on the publisher.

A: After submitting your information to the publisher we will email you a confirmation. Also, you can view the status of orders you have placed by signing in to your Account. While signed in you can also add or delete credit card and mailing addresses information from your account.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the magazine publisher and the frequency of the subscription. The publisher then adds the request to their next production cycle. A: During the checkout process, you will be able to set your gift options for your order. If a subscription is a gift, check the "gift" box in the shipping section and select your preferred gift card. If you are sending a gift card you can write a brief note that will appear on the recipient's gift card.

A: NO, we will never automatically renew your magazine subscription.
A: YES, the best way for you to renew your subscription through us is if you went to our site and purchased your magazine as a renewal.
Renewals should be ordered within the 7th or 8th month of the subscription to be sure that no issues are missed. If you have renewed your subscription in the 12th month of your current subscription chances are you will miss 1 or 2 issues.
A: We will contact the publisher and ask that they combine the two subscriptions and extend the expiration date to compensate for the duplicate issues.
A: By ordering subscriptions through us you will receive reward points. You can always check your Reward Points status online. After earning enough points you can use them for ordering new magazines or getting discounts on new orders.
